Educational and planning use
Agriculture Calculator provides mathematical estimates and educational information. We make reasonable efforts to present clear formulas, but we do not guarantee that every result fits every crop, farm, jurisdiction, product, machine, contract, or financial situation. You are responsible for checking inputs, units, assumptions, and outputs before using them.
Agronomy, soil, and fertilizer
Calculator outputs are not soil-test recommendations or guaranteed crop responses. Nutrient needs, lime rates, manure use, plant population, seed rates, and irrigation practices depend on local crop recommendations, soil conditions, weather, product analysis, nutrient availability, and regulations. Use current local Extension guidance and relevant tests.
Pesticide and crop-protection tools
Sprayer and tank-mix calculators do not determine whether a pesticide is legal or appropriate for a crop or site. Read and follow the exact product label, including rates, restrictions, personal protective equipment, drift precautions, water quality and mixing directions, re-entry interval, preharvest interval, and disposal rules. Never use a calculator to override a label or law.
Financial, livestock, and equipment estimates
Farm budget, loan, return, feed, water, stocking, machinery, and depreciation figures are estimates, not tax, legal, lending, veterinary, animal-nutrition, structural, or investment advice. Obtain qualified advice for decisions that require it. Check lender terms, sales contracts, crop insurance, current prices, feed analyses, animal requirements, and equipment specifications.
